State Law requires that the veterinarian examine an animal before dispensing or prescribing any medication for the animal. Should you need a prescription filled or a script for a prescription and Dr. Rettler has recently examined your animal for its current ailment/condition, please fill out and submit the form above. For refills, please include your prior prescription number if you have it. Someone from the office will contact you when your prescription or prescription script is ready for you to pick up or alternatively, when your prescription has been submitted to VetCentric. With the exception of VetCentric, we do not "call in" or "fax" prescriptions to anyone. You may use any pharmacy that you choose to fill a prescription script, however, you must pick up the script at our office. We must handle all prescription scripting in this manner so that we can maintain your animal's medical record properly and comply with state laws, rules and regulations.
